Day to day and ComplianceDay to day and Compliance

Every business is different, so we work with you to provide the right range of services for your business. These services can include:-
  • Recording payments from customers
  • Entering bills
  • Paying and/or recording payment of bills
  • Recording payments made by cash, cheque, credit card, Bpay, etc.
  • Reconciling bank, credit cards, etc.
  • Entering end of month journals, reconciliation, etc.
  • Preparing Activity Statements and returns for Superannuation, Workcover, Payroll Tax, etc.
  • End of month or regular reports to help you manage your business

Please note that we do not provide tax, compliance or business advisory services - we can liaise with your Accountant to ensure that they receive the information they need to handle these tasks.

Handling PaysHandling Pays

Clients use our payroll services for a variety of reasons:-
  • They do not have people with the required skills on site,
  • To keep payroll information confidential
  • Costs can be high for training and keeping staff up to date on a task that is only handled once every week or two
  • Finding a replacement for an empoloyee with payroll skills may be harder than finding someone suitable without these skills
Depending on your payroll requirements, we can process your pays at your business, at ours, or a combination of the two.

As an example, we set up and handled the pays for a large American defence company that had opened an office with an employee in Adelaide.

All contacts were handled by email and this arrangement worked well - processing for the Adelaide office was later incorporated into the Australian operation.
